BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable. In regards to leather, BioThane® is more durable, cleanable, stronger (453.6KG per square inch!), and easier to maintain. Additionally, the material is also 100% vegan.

Warm water and soap usually work well. You could also dab with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. For longevity, a soap and water mixture coupled with the non-abrasive side of a dishwashing sponge is highly recommended followed by a thorough dry wipe. Please do keep in mind that the "White (Dove)" variant may be prone to colour transfer from other fabrics that are crudely dyed and may be harder to remove once stained.

"Rush my order" is NOT faster shipping but rather to shorten the manufacturing time to 3-5 days working days instead of the usual 10-14 working days. We hope that you will kindly understand as our CLASSIC collection his handmade to order and the NOMAD collection will be shipped out within 48 hours of placing your order.

Although sturdy, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the collars are inspected routinely for any signs of wear and tear. Collars should only be used as they were intended for and are unsuitable as chew toys as this may potentially lead to adverse health conditions. Berko is not responsible for any injuries as a result of improper use of our products

Unfortunately due to the fact that all collars are hand-made, cancellations will not be possible once an order has been placed.
